Terms of Use

Please read this document carefully. It explains your rights and responsibilities on FRNSup.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FRNSup platform (including the website and the iOS and Android apps), you agree to these Terms of Use, our User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. FRNSup is operated by Frnsup Technologies Private Limited.
2. The Service in This Release
FRNSup is a campus-to-career product for students in India. In the current website and mobile release you can create a verified student account, build a career profile, participate in the community (questions, campus posts, comments, likes, follows, and buddy connections), browse curated jobs, apply via employer or Greenhouse-hosted pages, track applications in My Applications, receive notifications you opt into, and use help and settings. Partnered-college students may also see campus tools (ID card, hall ticket, results, fees, attendance, timetable) when their institution supplies that data. The following are not part of the current student-facing release: in-app chat, ranking or rewards, referral or invite programs, staff announcement feeds, staff admin panel, and FrnsupLearn paid courses. We may enable, change, or remove features; material changes will be reflected in these terms and on our legal pages.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must use the platform lawfully. You must not impersonate others, misrepresent your college or qualifications, scrape or abuse the service, or interfere with its operation. Registration currently requires an email from an allowed provider (including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Hotmail, or @frnsup.com) and email verification.
4. Community and User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant FRNSup a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You are responsible for your questions, answers, posts, comments, and media. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive content. Visibility options (for example public, college, buddies, or followed) do not guarantee confidentiality; other users may screenshot or share content outside FRNSup. FRNSup may review, hide, or remove content that violates these terms or community standards.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content; harass, bully, or threaten others; use the platform for unauthorized commercial spam; impersonate another person or entity; upload malware; attempt unauthorized access; or scrape job listings or user data except as we expressly allow.
6. Account Suspension and Deletion
FRNSup may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or disrupt the platform. You may delete your own account on the website or in the app under Account Settings → Delete account (password confirmation required). If you cannot access the product, contact support@frnsup.com from your registered email. Deletion consequences are described in the Privacy Policy (including anonymized remaining posts and limited retention of application records).
7. Curated Job Listings and Third-Party Sources
FRNSup may display job opportunities that are curated, aggregated, or ingested from third-party sources, including public employer career pages and applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse and similar platforms). FRNSup does not create these listings, is not the employer, and does not guarantee that any listing is current, complete, accurate, or still available. Job titles, descriptions, compensation figures, locations, skills, and other details are provided for convenience and may change on the employer's site without notice. Company names, logos, and job content may be trademarks or copyrighted material of the respective employers or publishers; FRNSup does not claim ownership of such third-party materials. FRNSup is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Greenhouse, any listed employer, or any third-party job source unless we expressly state otherwise. When you apply to a curated role, you may be redirected to an external website (including an employer or Greenhouse-hosted application page) to complete your application. Your use of those external sites is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not these Terms of Use. You are responsible for verifying role details and application requirements directly with the employer before applying. We may require a complete career profile before you can apply.
8. Campus Tools and Third-Party Academic Data
Campus records shown for partnered colleges are supplied by or for your institution. FRNSup is not a substitute for official college portals. Always confirm important academic documents with your college. We are not liable for delays, inaccuracies, or unavailability of institution-provided data.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. FRNSup does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the platform, including curated job listings aggregated from third-party sources or campus records from partner institutions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, your reliance on third-party job information, campus data, or your interactions with external employers or application platforms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRNSup, Frnsup Technologies Private Limited, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms of Use.
11. Changes to Terms
FRNSup may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date will be updated on this page. We will notify you of significant changes through the product or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule requires otherwise.

14. Third-Party Links and Services
FRNSup may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Your use of FRNSup is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review them to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal data, including analytics, push notifications, and account deletion.
16. International Users
FRNSup is intended for users located in India. If you access the platform from other countries, you are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the platform.
