User Agreement

Please read this document carefully. It explains your rights and responsibilities on FRNSup.
1. Introduction
Welcome to FRNSup, operated by Frnsup Technologies Private Limited. This User Agreement governs your use of our website, mobile app, and related services. By accessing or using FRNSup, you agree to this agreement together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Please read them before you register or continue using the product.
2. Eligibility
To use FRNSup you must be at least 16 years old (or the higher minimum age in your place of residence). If you are under 18, you may use our services only with permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using FRNSup you represent that you meet these requirements. The current product is designed for students in India joining with an allowed personal or FRNSup email and a college affiliation you select at registration.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your FRNSup credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, verify your email, use a strong password, and notify us of unauthorized use. College affiliation chosen at registration generally cannot be changed later. Completing a career profile (photo, about, education, skills, languages, resume, and related fields we mark as required) may be needed before you can apply for curated jobs.
4. What You Can Do on FRNSup
Subject to this agreement, you may use live features of the current release: Jobs (browse curated listings and track applications), Community (ask and answer, post campus updates, comment, like, follow, and send buddy requests), Profile, Notifications, Search, Settings (including notification preferences and account deletion), User Guide, and Contact Us. Partnered-college students may additionally use campus activity tools and timetable when available. Features that are switched off in this release — including chat, ranking, referrals, invites, staff feeds, and FrnsupLearn — are not licensed for use until we enable them in the product.
5. User Responsibilities
Use FRNSup lawfully and respectfully. Do not post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content; disrupt the platform; spam others; or misrepresent your identity, college, skills, or work history. Do not share another student’s academic documents. FRNSup may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post. By sharing content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, distribute, and create derivative works of that content to operate FRNSup. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where others have already shared or interacted with that content, or where we must retain a copy for legal, security, or backup reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
FRNSup trademarks, logos, and original product content belong to FRNSup, Frnsup Technologies Private Limited, or their licensors. You may not use them without permission. Employer names, logos, and job descriptions belong to those employers or publishers.
8. Curated Jobs and External Applications
FRNSup may present curated job opportunities aggregated from public employer sources, including career pages powered by applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse. These listings are for discovery and convenience. FRNSup is not your employer, recruiting agent, or application processor for those roles unless we clearly state otherwise. Listings may be outdated without notice. Applying may open a third-party site where the employer (or its platform) processes your data under its own terms. Verify details on the employer’s official channels before you apply.
9. Notifications and Communications
We may send email for verification, password reset, and important account notices. If you enable push notifications on the mobile app, we may send activity and job-related alerts you choose in Account Settings. You can disable push on the device at any time.
10. Third-Party Content and Links
FRNSup may contain links to third-party websites or services, including employer sites and Greenhouse-hosted application pages. We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Termination
You may end this agreement by deleting your FRNSup account in Account Settings → Delete account, or by emailing support@frnsup.com from your registered address if you cannot use the product. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or harmful behavior. Upon termination your right to use FRNSup ends. Provisions that should survive (including content licenses already exercised, jobs-record minimization, intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law) remain in effect.
12. Limitation of Liability
FRNSup is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be secure, error-free, or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRNSup and Frnsup Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on jobs or campus data.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FRNSup, Frnsup Technologies Private Limited, their officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your violation of this agreement, or your infringement of third-party rights.
14. Changes to the User Agreement
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. We will change the Effective Date at the top of this document and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes relating to this agreement or the use of FRNSup are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
